First let me say WOW! You guys Rock!!! The passing out of the inserts today went soooo good!
Ok this will be a long e-mail but I will try to be as precise as possible.This e-mail is very important. It has three parts Part one-information desk and inserts for the 20th, Part two- supplies needed along with the instructions and part three- the people who signed up to attend the cut-a-thon at the salon next Sunday, the day of the Fundraiser. Please read through and find your name and what you are needed for. Due to certain events some of you might be late or unable to attend (and that is ok no worries). If this is the case for you please try to get the supplies you commited to delivered or ask someone on the team to help you with the commitment if you are unable to attend.
On Sunday Sept. 20th the insert goes into the bulletin so we will not need to stand at the sanctuary doors. However, I would love to see a few of you with me at the information desk and at the school. Some of you signed up to do this so I will list your names and the time frame I need you. I do ask that if the time does not work for you please ask someone else on the team to substitute for you.
PART ONE

PART TWO
Supplies needed and where to drop off
Important note all items are to be dropped off starting at 8:15am and by 11:15am in the main office 2nd floor at the reception desk (Tina's desk) there will be a cart there that says South Africa

Seth and Heather Deyo- Please provide a Truck and load truck at the=2 0North end of the Children's wing at 11:30am
Load trucks up and leave church by noon..I will bring the supplies to you(north wing) that are collected at the reception desk
1 truck needed for balloons and other supplies.. other truck needed for tables, tent, and chairs
money needed for stylist lunch at Salon to be given to Beth Chin
Pictures of South Africa on a display Board set up on an Easel
3 black iron baskets (or matching baskets) and 20 Chets Pens.. pens and baskets(kitchen) are located at Church pens are for sign in table and iron baskets to display chips
$40.00 in change $20.00 for snack box and $20.00 for haircut box in 5’s 1’s and quarters drop off to Jobi Jones at information desk between 8:30am and 11am on the 2oth or just leave everything in Seth's truck and just let me know it's there.. I will give you the forty dollars back at the end of the event.

Coolers and Ice are at Church Ice is in Kitchen and one cooler is in preschool resource room and one is in children's resource room see Beth Chin if you can't find them coolers and ice need to be gathered up on day of event and loaded with ice, soda, bottled water, and candy (any candy that can melt) I will bring you the water etc. at 11:15 meet me in the kitchen please take these to the loading area North end of the children’s wing at Church by 11:30
