Sample Prayer Letter

Hey guys

In November I will be going to South Africa as one of the team members representing Chet’s Creek Church.

During the trip, each team member has been asked to choose ten (10) individuals that would commit to daily prayer for me and the other team members while we are out serving for the Glory of God’s Kingdom.

Specifically pray;

**for God’s protection of the group and our families while we are gone

**for God’s wisdom in the decisions that will be made on behalf of the team

**for the protection of each team member’s health throughout the mission

**for safe travel to and from South Africa

**for safe transit and delivery of the medical supplies the team is carrying for the people of South Africa

**for hearts prepared by God to receive the ministry of the team members
that God will show each member of the team how to utilize their gifts and talents on His behalf

**for the unity of the team, and wisdom and discernment of the team leaders that God will be given all the glory, honor, and praise in every situation

The dates that we will be gone are November 12 through November 22. During the trip, we’ve created a blog so that everyone can see God’s work in action daily.
